United Kingdom
Products bought in the UK are supported directly by Creek Audio. Email info@creekaudio.com or call +44 (0)1442 260146 with your model, serial number and a description of the fault, and we will advise on the next step. Please do not return a product without a Return Merchandise Authorisation.
Outside the UK
Support and warranty service are provided by our appointed distributor in the country of purchase. Contact them first; they hold the parts, the service knowledge and the warranty record for your product. Find your distributor.
If your country is not listed, email info@creekaudio.com and we will point you to the nearest source of help.
Register a product
Registering a new purchase records your warranty start date and helps us contact you about your product if ever we need to. Products can only be registered in the country in which they were sold; outside the UK, warranty cover is provided by the appointed distributor. Details of how we handle your information are in our privacy policy.

Warranty
Creek products carry a two year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Full terms, including what is and is not covered and how to make a claim, are on the warranty page.
